My favorite song  off the new EP?
i know i'm in the band and so i don't count but... i like END mainly because of the lyrics..
and it's such a different gear from most of the other mx songs.. it was my favorite song to sing.. i sang alot of this EP at home.. (i have a little overdub studio in a tiny room in my basement) This was the very last song i sang, and i really had a good time with it. maybe cause i couldn't hide behind all the loud guitars like usual.. i had to really sing it. I guess Tumbledown is kinda like that.. cause it's a more open sound. New and always an adventure for me. I don't stress the imperfections.. i hate all the newer albums that sound so fake, because they are. all these processed vocals and fake drums. i'm not talking about reverbs and delays.. i love vocal effects.. i'm taling auto tune.. it's not that these bands can't sing..a lot can, but they still kill these vocals with perfect tuning.. i say don't hide, let it ride.
